Actually no, I used the sharpening effect from the filters gallery (it probably has a brush somewhere in its name – at least in Italian it's like that so I assume it's similar in ENG or German) and nothing more! The soft effect was achieved thanks to this texture (http://i.imgur.com/dXKmxId.png) set on screen and a simple light texture (which I can't find rn, I'll share it asap) set on soft light!
